The Trajectify Business Growth Bootcamp is designed for entrepreneurs to develop skills and insights as growth-oriented business leaders while exploring new paths for business expansion. This intensive half-day program combines expert business coaching from the Trajectify team with support from a mastermind group of select entrepreneurs at a similar stage of company development. Each participant will leave this program with a list of next actions he or she can take to move their business forward.
Through this program, entrepreneurs will partake in exercises across the following disciplines :
Accountability: Personal and professional goal setting, strategy, planing
Challenge exploration: Identifying key business challenges and iterating solutions with a mastermind group of entrepreneurs who faced similar challenges. Previous participants have dived into topics around scaling sales organizations, analyzing discrete areas of investment, managing burn rates, product pricing, new market expansion, strategic partnerships, financial metrics/benchmarking, and M&A opportunities.
Expert education: the peer group will decide on a topic that is of most benefit to the group, with a conversation led from an outside expert. Past topics have been capital raising, designing marketing strategies, advanced contract negotiation, board management, and building company culture.
Bootcamp sessions will be limited to 4-8 entrepreneurs per each group, and advance registration is required. The Sessions will be lead by Trajectify coaches Chuck Hall and Joe Spinelli, as well as guest coach Mike Krupit.

Joe Spinelli is a business coach, venture investor, and capital markets advisor. He applies his strategic insight, capital markets experience, and financial analysis knowledge to help entrepreneurs navigate their own unique path to growth.
Mike Krupit (guest coach) is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience of leadership across eight diverse startups. Mike is the founder and CEO of IntroNet, and is the co-organizer of the Philly New Tech Meetup.
