As an entrepreneur, you will find yourself feeling alone sometimes - not always surrounded by those who feel the same challenges or have the right experience. You might get stuck, finding that goals are getting increasingly more difficult to achieve. This program is specifically designed to help those who need an outside-in perspective on getting their business to the next level.
The Trajectify Business Growth Bootcamp is for entrepreneurs to develop skills and insights as growth-oriented business leaders while exploring new paths for business expansion. This intensive half-day program combines expert business coaching from the Trajectify team with support from a mastermind group of select entrepreneurs at a similar stage of company development. Each participant will leave this program with a list of next actions he or she can take to move their business forward.
Through this program, entrepreneurs will partake in exercises across the following disciplines :
Accountability: Personal and professional goal setting, strategy, planning
Challenge exploration: Identifying key business challenges and iterating solutions with a mastermind group of entrepreneurs who faced similar challenges
Expert education: the peer group will decide on a topic that is of most benefit to the group, with a conversation led from an outside expert
Bootcamp sessions will be limited to 4-8 entrepreneurs per each group, and advance registration is required. The session will be lead by Mike Krupit.
